BABY UPDATE!

The Babies Room has been ready for weeks.  I had fun putting it together. It was previously my Craft Room, which I will miss. It took sometime switching everything to the spare bedroom, but I will enjoy having the Baby closer to me. It was difficult at first to decide what to do, cuz it's a surprise. Thankfully the walls were green already. The room turned out GREAT, and looks awesome for a Boy or Girl!

It has been a long and exciting wait for the little one to arrive. I am 1wk over due and will be Induced in just a couple of hours!  It will be a long day, but I'm so excited and can't wait to meet the little one!!  I'm glad that we have decided to wait on finding out if it is a Boy or Girl. (It was Jon's idea) I will keep you all posted and wish us LUCK!!!

BABY (boy or girl) SHOWER

We had a Baby Shower on Saturday Jan. 29th.  It was very fun, and nice to see everyone.  My Mom, Sister Stephanie, and Sister-in-Law Cori (and Cierra too) put a lot of time into it.  It turned out great, and was awesome! Thank You

I was the cutest MOM-TO-BE!!!

We tried something new instead of a Baby Cake.  We made Cake Balls.  They were Delicious!  We had Lemon w/ White Chocolate, and Strawberry w/ Milk Chocolate, yummy!

The Boys are Growing Up

It is fun to have the boys around!!! They are starting to grow up,10 months now. We have a small worry of how they will react around the baby. They have started to behave (a little) bit more.  Hopefully they will be good (or they will have to start enjoying being outside more often). They LOVE to sleep during the day.  The only problem with that is they get super hyper around 9pm, and are non-stop for about 2hrs.  They are still very different from each other, and it's fun to see the difference in them both.
The Boys got tired waiting for me in the kitchen and fell asleep on the towels.

They love to sleep!

Jon's favorite pitchure. (Keeping them out of the Craft Room)

The Boys had to stay outside for the baby shower. They didn't even bark, that was a 1st!

Gotta LOVE'M... =0)

Christmas 2010

Christmas was nice this year.  We went up the Mountain to Taylor, AZ.  We enjoyed the cold weather, and had a good Christmas.  We took "The Boys" with us and it was there 1st Christmas.  They got stockings full of goodies and toys.  (Yes they might be a little spoiled).

Braiden helped them open there Stockings.

Devrin helped them play with there new toys.

Pierre loved his "New Girlfriend" he carried it around for weeks.  She use to have a bow on her head, but was quickly chewed off.  I was able to snap this cute photo.  It's priceless.

Yum, Yum Turkey Day 2010

The whole Family was able to meet up at our house this year for Thanksgiving.  We had plenty (of food) to be thankful for. The turkey was delicious, but decided to take an extra hour to cook.

Jonathan had to work that day at the Station.  He made the Turkey Dinner there.  To my amazement he said he did good cooking all the food.  I will have to take that into consideration next year =).  After we enjoyed our dinner we all jumped in the car and went over to the station.  The kids enjoyed seeing the trucks.  We also took a Family Photo.  It was a nice day, and was nice to spend it with the whole Family.

Trip to Virginia

In October I was able to go visit Bethany Jane in Mechanicsville, Virginia.  I had a lot of fun, and got to experience something besides the Desert.  It was so nice to see actual trees. They were everywhere, and the weather actually felt like the fall.  I enjoyed being in fresh air, and the cold weather.

This is the view from Bethany and Blakes front yard.  I loved waking up and just looking outside, and seeing greenary.  It was nice to visit Bethany in Virginia. I enjoyed my trip and hanging out with my best bud.  I hope I will be able to go back again someday.

One of the days I was there we took a drive over to Virginia Beach.  It was awesome to walk down the beach, and off to the left in the distance you could see Hamilton Beach.  The day we went was the coldest and of course it rained.  I didn't mind though it was nice to just enjoy the beach, and the shops down the boardwalk.

The beach was nice, and different from a Cali Beach.  The sand was finer and Cape style houses and boardwalks.  It was nice and relaxing to walk down.
We went to Washington 2 days, and it was so cool.  I enjoyed seeing things that you normally would just see on T.V. or in a book.  It was awesome to see them in person. When I was there I was 5 months Pregnant, and there was so much walking.  I sometimes fell behind, but there was so much to see I didn't mind all the walking.  We went to several museums, and saw so much.  One of my favorite museums was the navigation, and automobiles.  We saw the Apollo 13 space shuttle, and all kinds of NASA machines.  One of the coolest things we saw was the Wright Brothers plane. At one of the other museums they had the Norman Rockwell, (original) paintings.  I could have stayed there for hours and just studied his paintings.  If you've seen his painting in copies you would be amazed at how real they actually look.  Some of them blew me away at how they just jumped out of the canvas.

We went to the Ford Theatre, and was able to see were Lincoln was shot.  Can I say "WOW" that was so cool to be standing in a place that changed history.

The museum had so much to see, right before you entered the theatre they had the gun that was used to shoot Lincoln.

This a statue of Lincoln and (me 5 months Pregnant)!

This is Bethany and I at the Washington Monument. From the monument if you look to your left you can see the U.S. Capital. Right in front of us is the view of the White House, and to the right is the Lincoln Memorial.  It was one of my favorite places to just stand and look around.

On our walk to the Lincoln Memorial we met a friend.  This is Squirrelly.  He was having a nice snack of leftovers. This is him getting out of the trash can.  I think he enjoyed his snack.

Me at the Lincoln Memorial.  We had to climb tons of stair to get there, and wait in line to get a picture. It was worth it.

This is the view of the Washington Monument, and the Capital from the top of the stairs of the Lincoln Memorial.

Our last stop of the day was the funniest.  By the end of the day I was exhausted, and it was the farthest away to walk too.  I'm glad we took the small 1.5 mile stroll to the White House.  We got there right at Dusk, and watched the Sunset, so it was pretty cool.

Oceanside

Jon and I took a small weekend trip 2 weeks ago. We went to Oceanside, CA, it was fun. We had a nice relaxing few days at the beach. Our Hotel was 4 blocks from the beach, and easy to walk too.  The first night we where there we walked down to the beach, then walked a good mile just to enjoy the sights.  We went back  to get something to eat.  We where in the mood for Pizza.  There was a little Italian place not far so we went there.  IT WAS DELICIOUS! It was ran by an Italian family. It was the best Pizza ever, YUM.  We then decided to try and make the sunset and walked back to the beach.  We caught the end of it. We then walked over to the Pier and walked down to the end of it. People were fishing, (and yes it stunk).  There was 4 or 5 different ethnic groups, it was interesting to see.  By the end of the Pier we took a trip around the world.

The next morning Jon enjoyed a around of Golf at Goat Hill. He found out that they called it that because it was very hilly, so if you didn't hit it right your ball would just roll, and keep going.  He said it was fun though.  As he enjoyed his round of golf, I went to the Harbor and enjoyed some Ice Cream.  The Harbor was nice.  There were a few shops and was nice and relaxing.

That afternoon we enjoyed a day at the beach.  We relaxed and played frizbee most the day.  We then enjoyed a nice  beautiful sunset and called it a day.

The next day we went to the Harbor and the beach on that side for a few hours.  We then finished off our trip with lunch at Ruby's Diner, at the end of the Pier. We were told that we had to have a shake. They were really good. Jon had an Oreo, and I had a Turtle shake, yum yum!
We had a nice trip and the drive wasn't to bad.  We missed the boys and were ready to see them. Stephanie watched them for us while we were gone. She had to work that day, so Boys will be Boys.  They had a surprise waiting for us when we got home.  It had rained that day, and they took advantage of it. They had mud all over the floor, and yes that is how we found the rug, all torn up.

GOTTA  LOVE'EM!!!

The Boys

"The Boys" were born on April 21, 2010. Jonathan had been wanting to get French Bull Dogs, he casually looked for sometime. He also looked at French Bull Dog mixes. That is how we found "The Boys" they are a French Bull Dog/ Pug mix.  We went to Buckeye to check them out, and how could we turn them down.  They were the most cutest creatures ever!!!  These are pictures of the day we brought them home. It's amazing how much they have grown up (and wrinkled) since them.

This is Jacques.  He is the leader for sure. He loves to steal whatever Pierre is playing with. Lately I have been calling him Mr. Jello, cuz he gets Jealous of everything. The funny thing is he howls when he wants something (or when Pierre is barking at him). He definitely is the Jock, he wants to play all the time.  He recently learned how to jump onto the couch though, and mark his territory.  Which means I have had to wash the sofa covers several times.  He is very funny though, and gets hyper and runs around the room allot.

This is Pierre.  He was the runt, but has quickly caught up to Jacques's size. He is the moody one.  He plops down on the floor and looks at you with the worst puppy eyes when he doesn't get what he wants. He loves to cuddle though, I call him Mr. Cuddles.  He loves to sleep when Jacques is not sitting on him, (cuz he wants to play). He seems to be the most  innocent of the two, but teases Jacques plenty. He loves to bark to get Jacques's attention, which makes Jacques howl.

They are definitely a handful sometimes, and have gotten into plenty of trouble. We can't help from loving them though, they are too adorable!

The SURPRISE!!!!!!!

So the best part of the 4th of July weekend was... Jon and I had a surprise.  I thought it would be nice to have some fun with it.  I made a "4th of July" card with a surprise inside.  We showed it to my parents 1st.  Then we left it on the stove in the livingroom, and it was fun to see who would figure it out.

Hoorah! A babies on the way, I'm currently 16wks and due on Feb. 17th.
